SWTW is the review layer around research output. OCO builds the screens, comparison states, API connections, explanation handling, validation records, and workflow boundaries that help a researcher inspect candidate signatures. The design keeps raw data, model assistance, analyst review, and approved conclusions separated so the terminal supports disciplined research instead of blending every output into one unverified answer.
