PEMTP OS

OCO provides system-layer engineering for PEMTP OS, coordinating human oversight, automation paths, system state, approvals, recovery paths, and approved operational boundaries.

PEMTP OS extends the protocol into an operating environment. OCO’s work is to connect state, oversight, automation, recovery, permissions, governance, and user-facing controls so sensitive information movement can be coordinated through a system. The OS concept is about operating context and controlled workflows, not isolated messages that disappear from accountability after they are sent.

What OCO Builds

OCO builds PEMTP OS as the operating layer around the protocol: workspaces, roles, queues, approvals, automation paths, system state, recovery controls, user-facing dashboards, and governance rules for sensitive information movement.

Operating Model

The operating model coordinates people, systems, and messages through controlled state. It defines who can initiate, approve, recover, automate, view, or terminate a transfer, while keeping evidence and accountability attached to each workflow step.

Public Boundary

PEMTP OS is presented as a controlled operating environment concept, not a public operating-system download or open disclosure of secure workflow internals. Private automation rules, security controls, and deployment architecture remain outside the public site.
