AGOM
OCO builds AGOM as an AI project-management and delivery orchestration engine for prompt-to-production work: stack definition, persona and agent assignment, model/API budget control, Codex-credit awareness, task orchestration, and cost-aware execution.
The AGOM build is about accountable automation for engineering delivery. OCO structures project intent, stack decisions, agent roles, model selection, cost limits, task evidence, approval points, environment separation, and deployment paths. The goal is to make AI-assisted project execution measurable, reviewable, budget-aware, and bounded by human responsibility instead of turning automation into an uncontrolled development process.
What OCO Builds
OCO builds AGOM as an AI-assisted delivery management engine: project intake, stack planning, agent/persona assignment, task routing, model selection, API budget tracking, Codex-credit awareness, environment progression, and release controls.
Operating Model
The operating model converts a project prompt into a controlled delivery record: scope, architecture, tasks, agent roles, budget, verification, approvals, branch movement, deployment state, and evidence of what changed. The goal is speed with traceability, not uncontrolled automation.
Public Boundary
Public AGOM material does not expose client repositories, prompts, credentials, internal agent policies, cost formulas, or private delivery records. AI assistance remains bounded by human approval, environment separation, and project-specific authorization.
